We offer specialised services for Uniformed Security guards / Detectives /Outsourcing & Training Academy, which are manned by well-trained, experienced & skilled staff. Our’s is a Private Limited Company incorporated under the registrar of Companies Act, 1956.
We provide trained and experienced personnel to guard factories, mills, and offices, go downs, residential houses and other establishments. Armed guards (Gun-man) are also provided by us. Even if you have your own security arrangement, we under take to carry out surprise checks during day and night and keep you informed about the observations made by us. We are known for discreet and confidential investigation covering a wide range of industrial, domestic, commercial, insurance, surveillance and matrimonial cases. Our Strengths
We recruit guards from all across the nation. We publish our ads for the same in the leading newspapers & yellow pages. We also welcome deserving candidates in our offices where recruitment process is a day to day activity. The criteria for selection is simple but keeping the job requirements in mind, we have set certain physical and mental standards for the candidates. We train physically fit youth at our training academy as per PSARA norms and provide skilled trained guards.
This is the Recruitment Procedure in Nexus Security.
- He/she must be mentally sound
- Must be of minimum 5.7″
- Minimum education up to matriculation level
- Prior experience in the field will be an added advantage
Our Training Academy is Licensed Under PSARA ACT 2005 VIDE License No 501/CID (SSB) Security & TRG., / 2011
- Duration of Training of Guards (Minimum 20 Working Days – 100Hrs Indoor + 60Hrs Field)
- Training Given By Ex Army Officers
- Key Features : Tools, Gadgets, Opticals, Parade Ground, Fire Station, First-aid, Hurdels and Opticals
- Syllabus Covered : As Per PSARA ACT and Security Sector Skill Development Council

- General Training that includes theocratic/Practical Classes.
- How to handle emergencies like fighting fire, earthquakes, MOB control, Disaster management.
- How to talk in sign languages, Emergency Signs and number and their uses.
