Before Deployment

Nexus has a well-equipped training academy in Jaipur, where our guards receive professional and practical training in security procedures, discipline, safety protocols, emergency response, communication, and real-world security practices.

Nexus was among the first in Rajasthan to establish a dedicated security guard training academy. The academy follows the PSARA Act and the Security Sector Skill Development Council (SSSDC) training standards and framework.

Our focus is on building confidence, practical skills, discipline, and real-field readiness through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on training.

Training is residential, with boarding, lodging, and mess facilities provided on campus for enrolled trainees, creating a structured environment where they can focus on completing their training.

From selection to deployment, every guard goes through a structured process to ensure discipline, readiness and reliability.

    Selection

    Physical and mental standards checked against the job requirement.

  2. 02

    Foundation

    Security duties, responsibilities, vigilance, access control and discipline.

  3. 03

    Fire & Emergency

    Fire causes, prevention, live firefighting demonstration and evacuation.

  4. 04

    First Aid & Response

    Basic medical response, mob control, disaster management and earthquake response.

  5. 05

    Drill & Conduct

    Parade ground, turnout, punctuality, code of conduct and communication.

  6. 06

    Assessment & Deployment

    Assessment against the framework, then posting.
