Nexus Fabrication, Jaipur, is a manufacturer of precision transformer core cutting and CRGO laminations used in distribution and power transformers.
We produce laminations from premium CRGO silicon steel using advanced cutting technology and strict quality control for low core loss, high magnetic efficiency, accurate dimensions and excellent stacking performance.

We manufacture precision laminations using high-grade CRGO steel with accurate dimensions and excellent stacking performance for transformer applications.
A Size Lamination
Long side limb lamination with mitred ends. Used in transformer core assembly. Precision cut for low core loss and accurate stacking.
B Size Lamination
Centre limb lamination with mitred ends. Designed for excellent magnetic flux continuity. High dimensional accuracy.
C Size Lamination
Yoke lamination with centre notch and mitred ends. Ensures proper interlocking and stable core assembly. Suitable for distribution and power transformers.
Right Angle (R.A.) Lamination
Precision-cut rectangular CRGO strip. Used at transformer core corners and joints in specific designs. Smooth edges and accurate dimensions for efficient magnetic performance.
