This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the Nexus Group website, contact one of our businesses, or send an enquiry or training application. It covers website-related communications; a separate notice may apply to employee records, customer contracts, or later onboarding processes.
You can browse the website without completing a form. Reading this policy or visiting the website does not, by itself, give consent to marketing or unrelated uses of your information.
1. About Nexus Group
Nexus Group is the group name used on this website for Nexus Security Services, NOSH Enterprises, Nexus Fabrication, neXus IT Solutions and Nexus Consultants. The relevant business receiving your enquiry handles it for the purposes described below. Details of the entity providing a service will be identified in its proposal, application process or contract.
Our website contact address is S-11–12, 2nd Floor, Krishna Mall, Tonk Road, Jaipur – 302015, Rajasthan, India. For privacy questions or to identify the business responsible for your information, contact info@nexusjaipur.com.
2. Information You Provide
The information requested depends on the form you choose:
- Security and staffing enquiries: name, phone number, email address, organisation, service requirement, workforce category, number of personnel, work location and any message you provide, as applicable.
- Training Academy applications: name, age, phone number, district, education, ex-serviceman status and training interest.
- Fabrication enquiries: name, company, phone number, optional email address, purchase-order value, proposed advance, selected file name and optional requirement/message. If you attach a purchase order to your email, we also receive the information in that attachment.
- Other communications: information you choose to send by email or provide during a call.
Fields marked as required are needed to prepare the relevant enquiry or application. Optional fields may be left blank. If you prefer not to use a form, you can contact us directly. Without the information necessary for your request, we may be unable to respond or assess it.
Do not include passwords, payment-card or bank-account details, Aadhaar or other identity-document copies, medical records, or other sensitive information in general enquiries. Remove unrelated personal details from purchase orders. Only provide another person's information if you are authorised to do so.
3. How Website Forms Work
The current website forms prepare an email draft in your email application addressed to info@nexusjaipur.com. They do not send an email automatically or submit your form entries to a website database. Please review the draft and send it yourself. Nexus receives the message only when you send it and it is delivered.
The Fabrication file selector checks the file locally in your browser. It does not upload the selected document or attach it automatically. You must attach the document manually before sending your email. Downloading a brochure or application PDF does not, by itself, submit an enquiry.
Your browser and email provider may process drafts or sent messages under their own privacy policies. A draft may remain in your email application's drafts folder even if you decide not to send it.
4. Why We Use Information
- To respond to the specific enquiry, requested callback or training application you send.
- To understand requirements and prepare requested quotations, proposals or application guidance.
- To communicate about that request and administer a resulting business relationship.
- To maintain necessary business records, meet applicable legal obligations, and address disputes or misuse.
We do not treat an enquiry or training application as permission for unrelated marketing. We will seek any additional consent required before using information for a new purpose.
5. Permission and Your Choices
When you voluntarily send an enquiry or application, you ask the relevant Nexus team to use the supplied details to handle that request. Where specific consent is required by applicable law, it must be obtained separately before the relevant collection or use. We do not rely on a blanket “legitimate interest” to authorise all processing.
You can ask us to stop optional communications or withdraw consent by emailing info@nexusjaipur.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out. We may still need to retain or use limited records where the law requires or permits this, and we will explain any resulting limitation on handling your request.
6. Who May Receive Information
Your message may be accessed by the relevant Nexus business team and authorised personnel handling the request. Information may also be handled by email, hosting, IT support and other service providers where necessary, by professional advisers, or by authorities where legally required.
Sharing must be limited to what is needed for the stated purpose and subject to applicable confidentiality, security and legal requirements. An enquiry does not give unrestricted permission to share information across all group businesses. This website does not sell form submissions or send them to advertising networks.
7. Technical Information and External Services
Hosting and security systems may record technical access details such as IP address, requested page, date/time, browser information and request errors to deliver and protect the website. The precise logs and their retention depend on the hosting configuration.
The website currently loads Archivo and Manrope fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve them, which exposes network/request information, including your IP address. See Google Fonts' privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy.
Social-media and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not control those services. Our responsibility for any information we disclose to them remains subject to applicable law.
8. Cookies and Analytics
The current website pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, use advertising pixels, or include a third-party visitor-analytics script. This does not mean that the hosting provider, your browser or an external service you visit never processes technical data.
If non-essential tracking is added, the notice and any consent controls required by applicable law must be updated before it is enabled. Browser settings can control cookies and site storage.
9. Security
Personal information must be protected using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to its nature and the risks involved. No website, email service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive documents through a general enquiry channel.
If a personal-data security incident occurs, notifications and remedial measures will be handled as required by the law applicable at that time.
10. Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request or resulting relationship, meet legal record-keeping requirements, or resolve a dispute. Different requirements may apply to enquiry emails, applications, purchase orders and statutory business records.
When information is no longer needed and there is no lawful reason to retain it, it should be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable backup and legal requirements. You can ask what retention applies to your information or request deletion using the contact details below.
11. Your Requests and Rights
You may contact us to request access to or a summary of information relating to you, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Requests will be assessed under applicable law, including its commencement dates and any lawful exceptions. Where available under applicable law, you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or authority. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the applicable reason.
12. Children
The enquiry and Training Academy application forms are intended for adults aged 18 or over. The online training form accepts ages 18–65. Children should not send personal information through these forms.
If you believe a child has supplied personal information, please contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate. Any future collection from children must follow applicable parental/guardian-consent requirements.
13. Marketing
Submitting a form is not an opt-in to promotional messages. Any marketing use must follow applicable consent and communication rules. You can request that promotional messages stop by emailing info@nexusjaipur.com. Essential replies about your request or an existing service may still be needed.
14. Processing Outside India
Email, font and hosting providers may operate systems outside India. Any transfer of information by Nexus must comply with the restrictions and safeguards applicable to that information. This policy does not give unlimited consent to international transfers.
15. Policy Updates
Changes will be published here with a revised update date. Material changes in collection or use must be accompanied by any further notice or consent required by law. Continuing to browse does not automatically consent to a new processing purpose.
16. Applicable Law
Indian privacy requirements may include the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as their relevant provisions come into force. The DPDP framework has phased commencement; this policy does not represent that every provision is already in force.
Other mandatory laws may apply depending on the processing activity. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
